TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter of this competition is Pizzeria Bufala Ltd, a limited company registered in England under company number 13805979 and whose registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE (the "Promoter").
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
The competition is an online entry only competition. Only one entry per couple is allowed.
To enter the competition, entrants must complete an online form with their contact details, follow Pizzeria Bufala's Instagram page and share the competition post. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The competition opens on 01/01/2024 and closes on 30/12/2025. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on 31/12/2025.
The prize for the competition is £1000 worth of pizza catering provided by Pizzeria Bufala Ltd. The prize is dependent on availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value without notice. Bookings must be within the East Midlands or distance agreed by Pizzeria Bufala Ltd.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
If the winner has already booked with Pizzeria Bufala Ltd, they will be refunded the prize value from their final invoice.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
